At Tooton, we strive to deliver exceptional services and ensure client satisfaction in every project. However, if a refund is deemed necessary, the following policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

General Terms

By engaging with Tooton, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to this Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions of our agency.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy will have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms and Conditions.
“Partial refund” refers to a 50% refund of the amount received by Tooton.
Refunds are subject to specific conditions and timelines, detailed below for each service category.

Service-Specific Refund Terms

Webflow Development

Full Refund:

Within 24 hours after payment.
Within 72 hours of receiving your completed Brief Form, provided no account manager has been assigned.

Partial Refund:

If the first delivery does not align with the guidelines in your Brief Form or Engagement Contract.
If your account manager is unresponsive for 14 days without prior notification.
If an order cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the account manager being assigned.

No Refund:

For partial payments.
If there is no response from you within 14 days.
If the Brief Form is not submitted within 7 days of payment.

Web Design, Mobile Application Design, Design & Branding, and Motion Graphics

The terms for these services follow the same structure as UI/UX Design, with eligibility for full, partial, or no refunds based on similar conditions and timelines.

How to Apply for a Refund

Submit your refund request via email to [email protected].
Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Processing Timeline

Partial Refunds: Processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation.
Full Refunds: Processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds will be facilitated either through the payment merchant or a cross-cheque.

Amendments to the Policy

Tooton reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.
